Much loved husband to Janice, a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle and friend to many.
Dave was a stalwart of grassroots football, an enthusiastic coach and mentor to many.
A service will be held at Huddersfield Crematorium on Tuesday 24th June at 12.30pm. Would friends please accept this the only intimation and kindly meet at the crematorium.
No flowers please but donations may be given to Kirkwood Hospice and Yorkshire Air Ambulance. A plate will be provided after the service.
At Dave's request casual dress, cheerful colours are preferred.
